Crizza Cruz
Crizza Cruz, PT
is a licensed physical therapist who was born and raised in the Philippines. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of the East in the Philippines and later obtained her physical therapy licenses in New York and California. Crizza has experience working in hospital, outpatient, and wellness settings, where she has had the opportunity to work with patients across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses, including children and infants.
Crizza’s interest in Physical Therapy began when she initially chose it as her pre-medical course. However, the fulfillment she found in helping patients improve their function and regain their independence inspired her to pursue a career in rehabilitation. Her love for working with children also comes naturally, as she grew up surrounded by many younger children in her extended family and was often the one playing with and caring for them. She has always enjoyed connecting with children through play and believes that building trust and making therapy fun can create a positive and meaningful experience for both children and their families.
Outside of work, Crizza enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, relaxing at the spa, watching shows and movies, and exploring new places and restaurants. She also loves spending time at the beach and is always happy to join in when there are kids around to play with.
